1st Co-Coaching Meeting

This is an exciting time!
Many of you have joined the LinkedIn group and we’ll soon have a website and Facebook. It’s time to get started. I know not everyone can make the same time and place but we must move forward. After we get something started with the kinks worked out, we’ll expand in other areas but we need to have our first face to face.
Our first meeting will be Friday, October 26, 2018 at 8:00 AM. I’m open to 7:30 if that works for everyone else. Still open to a final location but thinking about a Whole Foods or Balducci’s in Bethesda, Rockville or Gaithersburg. Grocery stores open at 7:30, serve coffee and mornings are not crowded in the seating areas.
We will inspect & adapt. I will work to find a time and place that works for those that can’t make this time/location.
We will work together to answer the following questions.
• What topics should be in our backlog?
• What time frame should we spend practicing a topic?
• How will we Co-Coach each other?
• Should we have a working agreement ad how formal should it be?
• When should we meet again and where?
This is going to be a great way to learn from others and practice as well.
While I posted a sample backlog on IdeaBoardz, I will probably bring cards and we can sort our priorities together.
Please R.S.V.P. and send any questions.
Thank you.
